Rashid began his career in the corporate sector with Genpact as a Customer Care Executive, where he quickly developed a deep understanding of customer-centric operations and business processes. His career trajectory saw him take on increasingly responsible roles across leading global organizations, including serving as a Project Head with Dell and contributing to Human Resources functions at esteemed companies such as IBM, HSBC, GE, and Tech Mahindra. These experiences equipped him with a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and organizational development.

In 2014, driven by an entrepreneurial vision, Rashid transitioned into business and established his presence in the interior design industry. Under his leadership, the venture has successfully catered to both residential and commercial clients, earning a reputation for quality, creativity, and reliability.

Building on this success, he expanded into multiple sectors, laying the foundation for what is now the Kibo Group of Companies—a diversified business conglomerate. The group’s ventures include software solutions, event management, retail (mini supermarkets), women’s fashion, and herbal beauty products. Each vertical reflects his commitment to innovation, market relevance, and customer satisfaction.
